Pink Floyd - A Momentary Lapse Of Reason

5.0 - England - 1987
Haven't actually made it all the way through this one, so it can't be very good. Compare it to The Final Cut, and one realizes a Waters-less Floyd is scarcely a Floyd at all. "Learning To Fly" is alright, though, I suppose. And the guitar solo for album closer "Sorrow" was reportedly recorded over the public address system at Dodger Stadium, which, though it doesn't improve the song on any musical level, is kind of a cool idea (though not as cool a story as when the Grateful Dead used the King's Chamber in the Great Pyramid as an echo chamber during their ill-fated concert at the Pyramids).
