The Anomoanon - Summer Never Ends

Generous platter for an EP, cruelly short for an album from Will “Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy” Oldham’s older brother’s band. Brother Bonny’s backing vocals have occasions of unfortunate dissonance, but it’s more than worth it for the hair-raising harmony in the final verse of “Her Little Kitty” (which also features a nice in media res beginning).
